We are not a healthcare provider, and using our platform does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. Always consult a licensed medical professional for severe psychological distress.
3. Digital Products & Refund Policy
We stand behind the accuracy of our cognitive profiling. If you implement the 30-Day MindLucid Protocol and feel the premium PDF blueprint did not provide actionable value, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Due to the digital nature of our products, abuse of this policy will result in an immediate ban from our platform.
4. Intellectual Property
The assessments, reports, algorithms, and content provided by MindLucid are the exclusive property of MindLucid Cognitive Labs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary frameworks without explicit written consent.
